and impersonal, Immanuel enjoys genuine, loving fellowship among its people. For children, youth, single adults, couples, and senior adults, opportunities
abound to get to know others better.
Enrichment
Immanuel fosters learning and spiritual enrichment through Bible Study classes, special seminars, small groups, retreats and speakers.
Bible Study classes for all ages meet at 9:45 a.m. Sundays. The Adult Bible Study uses small caring classes for discussion and application. Preschool, Children,
and Youth Classes use age-appropriate teaching methods to blend Bible basics with the Christian faith and fun activities. The Media Center provides books, tapes,
and study materials. Wherever you are, Immanuel has a place for you to grow.
Sharing
Love .... it is the greatest commandment. Through the sharing of faith and friendship, Immanuel is committed, with God's help, to helping men,
women, and children become the people God wants them to be. Immanuel members are seeing the bond of Christ's love grow as they share the excitement of what God
is doing at Immanuel.
Ministries
Immanuel is committed to providing ministries to its members, the community of Greenville, and the world. The Music Ministry includes adult
and graded choirs, plus handbell choirs for youth and adults. Youth and children have activities for learning and fun. Single adults are growing in numbers and
activities. Couples and families strengthen relationships through study and fellowships. Our members are involved in ministries outside the church, such as
Habitat for Humanity, hospital volunteers, Church Ministries United, Meals on Wheels, and others. At Immanuel, ministries are expanding to meet needs and change
lives.
Growth
Growth in numbers, in spirit and in structure, indicates that a church is reaching out and ministering to the real needs of the people. Immanuel
