Here at Immanuel we believe that in order to grow a love and following for Christ, our
youngest members should learn about Christ in a loving, developmentally appropriate
environment. We balance activities, music, guided and free play to promote learning
about the love of Christ in a positive manner.
Preschool Programs at Immanuel include:Sunday School:Sunday School is held on Sunday mornings from 9:45 a.m. – 10:50 a.m. Sunday School is divided as follows:Younger Preschoolers’ Room – Teachers –Beth & Dennis WinsteadOur older preschoolers continue to explore the world around them and the wonders of God’s creations. Transfer from this room to the Children’s Department takes place in the fall when the children enter kindergarten. Extended Session:Our preschooler may remain for Extended Session, where songs and less structured lessons continue.Wednesday Night Activities:Child care is available for preschoolers who parents are attending programs on Wednesday nights.The Preschool Committee oversees all preschool programs and activities at Immanuel. This includes all assignments, scheduling, equipment, etc. The Committee welcomes any and all questions, comments, suggestions, etc. Members of the Preschool Committee are: Judy Ipock, Dennis & Beth Winstead, Pam Hoke, Sherry Odom, Jeff & Roz Camp |
